Our Warranty Coverage
30‑Day Warranty on Repairs
All standard garage door repairs performed by Chapman Garage Door include a 30‑day warranty on labor and any parts we replace (excluding springs). If an issue related to our repair occurs within 30 days, we will return and correct it at no additional cost.
1‑Year Warranty on Springs
All garage door spring replacements include a 1‑year warranty on both parts and labor. Springs are one of the most critical components of your garage door system, and our high‑quality, long‑cycle springs are built to last. If a spring we install fails within one year, we will replace it free of charge.
What Our Warranty Covers
Our warranties cover defects in materials and workmanship related to the services we provide. This includes:
- Defective replacement parts
- Improper installation or adjustments
- Premature failure of springs we install
- Issues directly related to the original repair
What Our Warranty Does Not Cover
To keep our warranty fair and consistent, the following items are not covered:
